  • What is long-term car rental (LTR)?
    Long-term car rental consists of hiring a vehicle for a fixed period of time, generally between 12 and 48 months.
  • What type of vehicle can I choose to hire?
    With Flash Vehicles, you have the opportunity to choose the vehicle you want regardless of the brand. Flash Vehicles will guide you in choosing a vehicle that best suits your needs.
  • What are the services included in the long-term car rental contract?
    Our long-term rental offer includes: · Full maintenance of the vehicle for the duration of the contract · All-risk insurance for the entire duration of the contract · The provision of a replacement vehicle in case the vehicle is immobilized for more than 48 hours · Interventions and repairs for any breakdown of the vehicle · Tracking of the vehicle by GPS tracking · 24/7 assistance service · Replacement of 04 tyres every 40,000 km · Special rates for short term rental needs · Provision of drivers free of charge for a certain number of days
  • What are the elements taken into account in calculating the price of a long-term rental (LTR)?
    The price of a long-term rental is determined based on the following information · The model of the chosen vehicle · The estimated annual mileage · The duration of the contract · The type of use foreseen (e.g. use in urban areas, use in rural areas, use on a mining site, etc.) In case you would like a price simulation, please download the "NEED FOR NEW VEHICLES" document, fill it in, and email it to us at We will send you a proposal within 72 hours.
  • Do I have to pay an initial deposit before I get the vehicle?
    With Flash Vehicles, there is no initial deposit required. You pay your first month's rent which does not vary over the duration of the contract.
  • Are there any additional costs associated with the monthly rent of the vehicle on a long-term rental?
    No, you only pay your monthly rent and that's it! Isn't that great?
  • What happens if you exceed the mileage limit?
    It is important to give a realistic estimation of the annual mileage. If the contractual annual mileage is exceeded, the customer will be charged a flat rate per km for the excess mileage.
  • Who is allowed to drive a vehicle on a long-term rental?
    Only authorized drivers, as communicated by the customer and validated by Flash Vehicles, may drive the vehicle.
  • Is it possible to terminate a long-term rental contract in advance?
    Yes, it is possible to terminate a long-term rental agreement earlier. In this case, the customer will have to pay an early termination fee. The indemnity corresponds to a certain percentage of the remaining payments.
  • What do I do if the vehicle breaks down in a long-term rental contract?
    In the event of a vehicle breakdown, please contact the Flash Vehicles team. We will immediately provide the necessary assistance.
  • Can I modify my LTR contract during its lifetime?
    Requests to modify a contract during its lifetime are possible but are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • What happens if I have a damage claim with my long-term rental car?
    With a long-term rental contract, our vehicles are insured against all risks. The insurance covers the cost of repairs. If the accident leads to the immobilization of the vehicle for more than 48 hours, we provide you with a replacement vehicle. In the event that the customer is responsible for the occurrence of the accident, he may be required to pay excess amounts.
  • What happens in case of a traffic violation?
    We strongly encourage our customers to follow the traffic laws. For rental without driver, the client is responsible for any infraction committed. The customer will therefore make the necessary arrangements with the relevant authorities in case of a traffic violation.
  • In a long-term rental contract, when am I entitled to a replacement vehicle?
    We provide you with a replacement vehicle for any immobilization of more than 48 hours of your vehicle.
  • Is it possible to buy back the vehicle at the end of the contract?
    Yes, it is possible to buy back the vehicle at the end of the contract.
  • Who pays for car registration fees of the rented car?
    These different expenses are paid by Flash Vehicles.
  • What insurance is required with a long-term rental contract?
    Insurance is the responsibility of Flash Vehicles.
  • What types of vehicles are available?

  • Is it possible to rent a vehicle without a driver?
    Yes, it is possible to rent a vehicle without a driver. In that case the customer will have to deposit a guarantee cheque of a value varying according to the model of the vehicle.
  • Do you have bilingual drivers?
    Yes Flash Vehicles has several bilingual drivers.
  • Who is in charge of fuel during the rental period?
    Fuel during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is required to return the vehicle at the same fuel level as when the rental began.
  • What is the territorial limit for your vehicles?
    We accept all rental contracts within the strict limits of the national territory of Côte d'Ivoire.
