Account Setup Information
In the Flash Vehicles On Demand corporate booking system, an organization's members can be put into one general group, or grouped into several teams.
If you group your members into teams, you can have usage and cost data grouped at the team level. If you group members under the general corporate account, this information is reported to you at the account level.
The Flash Vehicles On Demand system can provide you with three levels of account security when it comes to preventing unauthorized users from accessing your account:
General password access:
members of your organization eligible to use the corporate account are given the same corporate account number and password to activate their corporate account access. Thereafter, they may make corporate account bookings by switching to the corporate account profile in the Flash App or web booker.
all members of the organization will be able to see other members' bookings and travel history in the Flash App and web portal.
PIN password access (only available if you are using Teams, per the question above):
each member of a team is given the general corporate account number and a team-specific shared PIN password to activate their corporate account access. Thereafter, they may make corporate account bookings by switching to the corporate account profile in the Flash App or web booker.
all members of the team will be able to see each other's bookings and travel history in the Flash App and web portal.
Individual password access:
each member of your organization who is eligible to use the corporate account is given an individual password.
each member wishing to make a booking must enter the corporate account number and their individual password (generated by Flash for each member) to activate their access. Thereafter, they may make corporate account bookings by switching to the corporate account profile in the Flash App or web booker.
the Flash App and web portal will display only that particular member's booking and travel history.
Control and Accountability
The Flash Vehicles On Demand service provides corporate clients with the ability to oversee and constrain employee usage of the corporate account so as to ensure compliance with your policies and procedures.

The Flash Vehicles On Demand service permits you to require that a supervisor sign-off on any bookings made on the corporate account. Supervisors are notified of pending approvals via e-mail or SMS and log-in to the Flash web booker to approve request.
The advantage of the supervisor approval approach is control over bookings, before they are fulfilled. However, the disadvantage of this requirement is that supervisory approval is likely only feasible for pre-booked trips, and not ASAP (on-demand) trip requests.
The Flash Vehicles On Demand corporate account features the ability to prevent members of your corporate account from using certain services or features on the standard Flash On Demand service.

An intermediate stop is any stop during a trip which is not the pick-up or drop-off location. The time the driver spends waiting at intermediate stops is subject to a trip-pause waiting fee
The Flash Vehicles On Demand service provides both e-mail and SMS confirmations for bookings, trip activity and receipts.
These notifications typically involve:
Confirming your booking or any changes or cancellation to your booking.
Confirming driver and vehicle details once a driver has been assigned to fulfill your booking.
Confirming when the driver fulfilling a booking has arrived at the pick-up location.
A post-trip receipt.
We have observed that, occasionally, network issues can delay the receipt of automated SMS messages generated by the Flash Vehicles On Demand booking system. As a result, some of our clients prefer to receive both e-mail and SMS messages regarding their bookings. Where no preference is specified the default setting is both SMS and e-mail notifications.
